  1. Oh so its their fault your government is not worth working for? RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT. ANC strikes again! Stealing money instead of paying people. Yeah, oh and its the previous government, that hasn't been in power for 30 years fault right?

  2. First off, that 1.1 mil is to train a battalion of 30 personnel for 6months + in order to cover food, lodging(which the members themselves maintain and theyre pay. (don't be fooled) secondly the average salary for a member is between 15-25k before deductions which leaves you under the breadline and your stuck living day by day, taking out loans etc. Next up is that the private sector pays members that are qualified according to they're qualifications and year of mil-prac which is equal to B-AAA grade security. (which means they are still under paid but earn far more than what government is willing to pay due to politicians pocketing the necessary funds to run the country better. Dont need to delve in deep to know that any human being worth his salt wants to be paid accordingly and government simply isn't doing it. Why im leaving after my contract end for a better pay because living under the breadline with 16 years service(contract ending at 20 years service and earning less than 13k after tax)is not worth it. There are better paying jobs out there

  3. The reason for this is simple the saps do not do their jobs adequately it comes down to discipline those in charge do not do their job therefore the rest of the officers follow and thats why the saps are not capable which is why the demand for private security is so high the saps due to their own incompetence and negligence have created the demand for private security because nobody can rely on them they rather invest in private companies and actually get what they pay for

  4. It doesn't boil down to money, it boils to the kind of leadership we have in government, we have an ANC run country, a very evil and highly corrupt party. Vote Mogoeng Mogoeng if he's his name is there on the ballot pape please, its time to shake things up in this country.

  5. I worked for the state for a long time as a doctor. I assure you it's not about money it's about working conditi9ns, useless lazy co workers, political involvement in management, theft, and more. Money is the smallest factor.

  6. It is a shameful thing that the SAPS leadership do not see the need to introduce special remuneration packages for highly trained and skilled members in the STF & NIU and other specialist units requiring high levels of fitness skill & judgment in dangerous situations.
How can such policemen be paid on similar scale to some of the lackadaisical members we envounter daily, not to mention dubiously selected & promoted officers appointed to high ranks with high salaries.
How can these members justify staying with SAPS salaries to their families in the midst of battling to pay for their families household requirements?

Pls show some intelligence and wisdom @General Mkhwanazi.

  7. Gangsters like lifman donkey and a bunch of jews linked to a brothel in Rivonia and businessmen linked to blue label something like a cellphone service provider they all meet at the brothel with lawyers judges etc some of these filthy lawyers are known to throw clients under the bus to protect his own connections involved in organized crime.

  8. Too many useless paper pushers and rule makers in this country. They take all the cream but still expect the hard working, risk takers to be loyal. This is what a criminal, socialist mindset creates.

  9. Leaving one gang for another gang. Their prey still remains the lawless elements in our society…… Yeah sure if you believe if Ramapuppet is an ethical man then you can believe anything. The government has failed and they are forward planning for the day when it all collapses. SA is actually controlled by organized gangs masquerading as businesses with their sights focused on the unarmed public. Only crime, these gangs and all politicians benefit from the system they created! Wake up serfs.

  10. You should the training some private security companies have to offer, also the money is just better I would say. You can work about 10 days if you working a proper job and be sorted financially for the next month

  11. “We’re talking about high calibre weapons”😂😂 …lost me right there. This skinny jeans chap doesn’t have the slightest clue on what he’s on about. P.S. just because you’re a higher calibre of training doesn’t that you get (or want) higher calibre tools😂 you’ll get (and want) the same calibre options as everyone else on your force. Let’s get knowledgeable, insightful reporting back. Please.

  12. Apparently soldiers from other countries who served in Mozambique got paid $50 000 but SA soldiers got nothing because government took the money. Now why would they serve a government that is stealing from them?

  13. IMPLOSION… (pray with me – one accord)
Without elaborating, we know that since the ANC came into power in 1994, service of the nation was not their priority. The ANC has progressively over the years, with impetus and impunity spiraled down into a lawless and looting cesspool of decadent, self-indulging men and women.

South Africa needs divine intervention through prayer. Thank God, He is still the Lord who moves mountains.

My prayer is that the ANC monstrosity of lawlessness, greed and glut, those men and women responsible for and in it, will be exposed and blow the whistle on one another resulting in the implosion of the organisation and a new blessed and prosperous South Africa with vision and a moral compass birthed. This I pray for, in the name of Jesus – the mountain mover.

  14. Why is he not speaking english? South africans collapsed their economy when they started electing african leaders, please dont get me wrong im very far from a racist, but its true all african countries are most corrupted in the whole world, nelson mandela wasnt that corrupt but there is 1 out of a 1000000 compared to him

  15. These are body guids for ANC thieves that we call ministers . Come to Luthuli house every monday you will c them.

What are they doing in south africa cos we have gangs killing each other everyday

  16. Ndonga ngivumelana nawe lapho ngoba ngempela ikhona into eyenzekayo lento ufuna abantu abanobuchopho ngoba baphatha izibhamu umbutho wama phoyisa Amazon ,babhatalwa imali enhle they even got R200k

  17. Yes Takkies and NIU are running to the private sector but to say they are also recruited by Taxi Bosses and Organized crime is a lie. Most of these guys are working for legitimate security companies and a lot are in the middle east and north Africa doing PSD work for some of the world's biggest security companies. Government has the money so they must pay in order to keep that kind of talent

  18. Rhodesia was better, the government, in it's own way had a respect for the working class…just bring back the Boers to counter this corruption by bl*CK politicians and associated associates
