ITER: The Reactor 10 Times Hotter Than The Sun
A massive magnet is set to change the future of energy production. In southern France, the largest nuclear fusion reactor in the world is being built, known as the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER). This impressive facility heats hydrogen atoms to at least 150m degrees centigrade, which needs to reach 10 times hotter than…

This is the second time I have seen this video, last time it had a better and more fitting title. Stuff like this makes me stop watching your channel. Whenever I see a video I just remember oh yeah if I click it it’s probably barely what the title says, I won’t even bother.
This video was made in 2021 and since then ITER has been delayed. They changed the milestones eliminating "first plasma" as a goal and have set a milestone of deuterium-only plasma in 2034. From what I gather this includes more system complete than the original 2025 goal.
Well this headline was friggin clickbait 😑
Y was it built in france?
