Can’t blame Israel. Lebanon accepts Hezbollah as the strongest army in their country and that means Lebanon is not a country at all. It is an islamic trick that has given Hezbollah time to build tunnels just like Gaza was an Islamic trick that allowed Hamas to dig tunnels since 2005.
