  1. Skimmed milk powder 100 g of GM contains 30 to 35 g of protein. English boss.I think you have too little knowledge about it. I use every day 100 gms to make yoghurt. To make a perfect protein source.I am a marathon runner. I need 150 GMs. I get 40 GMs from milk powder. I can't buy 1 kg of protein powder for 2500 rs.

  2. As per google, 100gm skimmed milk powder has 34gm of Protein and 357 Cal.. I think it's a better option for beginners instead of beginner's whey protein powder.

  3. Skimmed milk powder :- 500rs kg and give 35gm per 100gmπŸ’ͺ
Whey protein:- 2500 kg and give 75 gm per 100gm πŸ’ͺ
The key take is budget here as both are quality source of protein 😊😊

  4. Skimmed milk is not good always. You need to have fat. Good fats are essential. Skimmed milk is processed to remove fats. Anything processed is bad. Whole milk is good than powders.

  5. πŸ™„The best grass fed whey companies claims 270 litres of milk for a kg of whey. Even the Protein powder sold here has additives so what is your point?
