When the US government sent out a list of drug barons from Kenya and Tanzania, one month after that publication Tanzanian barons were already serving their jail terms, while those named from Kenya are still outside speaking English grammar.
It is not becoming. It has been since a driver to one coast tycoon was arrested charged and jailed. His truck was stuck in the sandy beach at Chale while trying to evacuate a container load of cocaine that had been offloaded from boats. Apparently these boats had received their cargo from a ship.
