Most people think Trump administration pressured companies to roll back DEI, but I think that’s not true.
In fact,THIS is what companies really wanted all along.
But they were just too afraid to speak up for fear of being labeled “racist/sexist
etc.”
and then,Trump simply voiced what everyone was thinking, making it easier for others to follow suit.

Most bosses will hire who they like socially. That's not a talent judgement in reality, but in their mind, they may consider it a talent, but they just like them. DEI forced bosses to make talent decisions outside of who they like. No one is saying it this way, but it's TRUE, and you guys are allowing simple morons to accept Trump's version.
