1. A lot of CS is not coding
2. Deciphering documentation can feel like this sometimes
3. Programming is a creative outlet
4. If that's the case you're just a bad programmer

I feel like this video puts creative work against compsci which just isn't accurate to many experiences.
Im both an artist and a compsci student. We exist.
The questions shouldn't be "do you enjoy X more that Y" because you can enjoy both equally.
Also, coding and debugging everyday is overkill. (Nearly) everyone takes weekends off. And compsci doesnt have to be just about programming

I've been working in this field for years, it's purgatory
I should consider it – it’s a good chance I’ll enjoy it, It’s the last question that fluctuates. I don’t get excited over things that are similar, like AQ new IPhone, but any new technology that is different and improves a LOT on its predecessor I think “Oh dang that’s cool” so that’s either 0-1 points for me, thus 7-8 points.

Question 4 is so important. I love programming and computer science, but it’s really annoying that nobody understands what I do and can’t appreciate it. Not even my friends and family. Then you have *literally* everyone in my immediate family being able to play an instrument like the piano or violin and flex to others…
