Yet their own forecasts call for falling global…

  1. This is similar to Germany losing manufacturing due to skyrocketing energy costs. Only with US farmers, it’s untenable uncompetitive operating costs … including farm equipment and high interest rates on borrowing money. What’s worse is many farmers will lose their farms when they can’t rollover huge loans.

  2. I have a question here. I've really gotten intrigued by the idea of China helping Global south countries increasing farming production through cheap agricultural equipment and improved methodologies. do you have any links on this? There seems to be nothing online on this

  3. John Deere became to high tech, fault prone and overpriced.
    Just like Boeing.
    Just like GM & Ford.
    Overpriced and poor quality.
Plus, American & Canadian farmers are being squeezed big time by high input prices and lower bushel prices.
It is all about corporate profits- at the cost of everything and everyone else.
It is fast coming to an end and a head.
    Are you ready?

  4. Enjoy your show greatly. Benefit from your show enormously. One suggestion though: remove the text contents and replace them with your own words of summary. Because your audience is mostly busy. They probably listen to your show instead of watching your show during walking, driving, shopping, exercising etc.

  5. Chinese adult people are very matured in mind ,
though they are often quiet and humble , unlike
the US people and western Europeans who are outspoken
    and active.
When you want to invest in China
and wish to earn money from the Chinese, make sure you know them well otherwise you will lose in investment.
Chinese want to save for the rainy days.

  6. China is also producing autonomous farming equipment that operates on its 5G network, i.e., no drivers needed.
It's just a matter of time before such machines become electric vehicles, too; with electricity being provided by wind turbines and solar panels.

  7. Entry level investor follow the book, top investors don’t. Top players has enough wealth to (corrupt) pull strings on senators and presidents into either irrigation or harvest mode in favor to them.

Harvest for them means stock plunder to the rest investors. Overturning the soil to them means war between countries. And in that order can next cultivation / irrigation be possible.

  8. Adding tariff is like building a wall. You can protect yourself, but also isolate yourself from world market. It would make your products less competitive.

We saw US was retreating in many areas: solar panels, battery, EV, shipbuilding, etc. Now, as Kevin illustrated, China is also dominating in pharmaceutical API & heavy equipment.

Very similar to China’s Qing Dynasty, when it felt it had everything it needed and refused to recognize/accept the advanced industries and technologies from Europe. Ultimately, China lost wars from European aggressions.

  9. That's what happens when you treat people bad for years and years all over the globe, then the pay back on those relationships come to roost, you end up finding your self with the short end of the stick.Treat others well in all your business dealings then just maybe future relations will find favor in you.The reward of U.S. domination

  10. A pointless bitching about farming equipment not sold in Russia, trade executed without the dollar and American farming cost expensive. All these are created by the American themselves! They are doing sanctions against the Russians and Chinese so even if the Russian want to import John Deere equipment the US givernment will not let it happen! The American farmers have the highest standard of living so their labour has to be the most costly accordingly.

The US reaps what it sows!

  11. very informative video ..
John Deere is simply has not familied up enough with the countries that less and less trust or can afford US products ..
maybe JD can do what Boeing has done where 60% of it s company makes war weapons and missiles etc that the countries JD wants to sell to face getting bombed by ..
    make tanks maybe ? 🫣🤔

or simply start off shore based countries like the company JD had in Russia and was forced to sell because of US govr pressure 😔.. we need a more stable world and JD could still be the big player in the game

  12. ♥Kevin, just as you said "we have everything" so there is no need to have some humility and some understanding of the interconnectedness of global systems. We are used to considering ourselves as "No. 1" in perpetuity… so what we worry‼❔ But the end is nigh🔥 On that cheery note, Kevin.. thanks for the excellent research.🙏🌹

  13. Your content is very informative. Better than anything on CNBC or Bloomberg. Some advice I listen to your content sometimes when I drive so you should read briefly what the newspaper clipping says. Its a long pause when I drive and I think I have lost connection. Keep up the good work. Cheers from the Caribbean and DC

  14. Jhon Deere was having a nice honey moon with Chinese farmers especially the one in Xinjiang, but US own false propaganda and sanctions destroying those relationship. Now days China can and have manufacturing the similar engine with cheaper and almost or the same quality with Jhon Deere, those was happening thx to US own sanctions that made China advancing fast. The same story with Russia, thx to US sanctions they are now using Chinese made engine 😂. So USA should stop their own economic suicide, start to sobering from the daydream and start to mend their relationship with other countries without hidden agenda.

  15. China was buying many John Deere equipment for Xinjiang farms yet US made up false accusations of China using Uighurs for slave labour. It's devine retribution.

  16. This is the result of US sanctioning Russia and banning Russia from using the USD and freezing Russian Dollar reserves that is used to pay for goods.
