Investor alert: Nvidia already in trouble, swamped by China's “all the above” strategy for chips

In 2022, investors raced into John Deere (DE) and Case New Holland (CNH), encouraged by the trendy investment theme of food scarcity, made much worse by the war in Ukraine and droughts in the US and Africa. The world would need huge volumes of new farm equipment to get us through the coming decades.

The fatal flaw of that thesis was that…

Great way to keep the pollution down on truck engines is to make sure they run at very high temperatures …… transmission ,engine and very thin viscosity oil ( to keep engines running cooler). … but turbos put more heat back into the engine . Diesel engines increase fuel psi to 30,000 psi to create a finer mist , which manufacturers use the same pressure to cut leather , metal and other materials . All these factors plus cheap sensors can destroy your engine. So much of western tech

China's ability to develop new technologies in various fields n moving up the value chain means the US complete monopoly of key technologies are slowly being eroded.
No wonder they are now behaving like a rabid dog gone berserk

ASML is a company that makes machines that will later produce chips, the HQ is in Netherlands. ASML has 2 well-known products, namely DUV and EUV, DUV is an earlier version of EUV and has the capacity to produce lower-level tech chips than EUV. And then the US appeared, they banned ASML from exporting EUV to China in order to slow down the development of chip technology there, and only allowed DUV exports.
This happened from the beginning when the US imposed a ban on the export of high-level tech chips to China until 2024. That's right, in 2025 the US will ban ASML from exporting DUV to China because they realize that China can already make high-level tech chips using only DUV.

Those agriculture machines from China are non Euro5 compliant, hence, it has been shut out from the Western World. It does not matter to China as these machines are exported to Africa and other third world countries. If US and EU continue to enforce regulations like they did to Huawei, China will be force to manufacture Euro 5 or 6 with profit to spare even with high tariff.

This is what happened. There was a global influenza "thesis". Which allowed the US government to bail out wall Street to the time of 5 trillion. What did they do with the money? It went into commodities. Then came the food shortage "Thesis". Commodities sharply rose. Then, the selloff.

1st off let me ask when US ford company use mass production to make their automotive, to the world , no one called that dumping, when iPhone dominated the production invading the world no one called it dumping. Now when China use their own technology to increase the efficiency on production eg EV, solar panels, cheaper(some) phone to the world of which more people can have & benefits from & not limited to only the 10%of the people, yet to call China dumping goods is totally unfair & unfounded righteous toward mankind ! Hope u as good honest u tuber do correct this misinformation! There are just too many smear campaigns by the west , especially USA 's misinformation & anti China tactic to hurt China which has been doing more good than any western countries & it's Allies in the 20 years !

The US think they can block here and there. But they never realized they are putting a hangman hook around their own neck. Some of the US polices makes me laugh. OVER PRODUCTION, OVER CAPCITY??? This is what we want. More produces to get lower the price.

Send American Lawyers and Insurance Companies to China. This is the principal difference between our countries. There are basically no Civil Courts or lawyers in China, to drive up the cost of manufacturing.

I took a gamble with my life to go full time just trading derivatives and, god willing, inshallah, whatever deity will protect me from insolvency is good enough, but my conclusion from seeing all the stuff that's coming down the pipe from China is that I should be selling calls instead of puts way more often than I do.

The US would have said these are “trade barriers” if the US companies can’t/won’t modify their products to suit the foreign markets. Back in the 80’s use cited Japan for “structural impediments” for closed off its market to US imports. Subsequently, Japan opened the door for US left-hand drive vehicles to be sold and driven on Japanese streets. But even that, there are very few US cars in Japan (maybe with Tesla things have changed a bit).
