  1. The issue is not any flicking analysis. The real issue is Africa and Ghana total failure to plan for infrastructure, always depending on our western master. Solution is we in Africa need to `host an Internet POP in Ghana, where our Internet traffic is routed in a NOC, Network Operating Centre in Ghana. This is the Solution. Liquid Telecom has a POP in Nairobi Kenya. Kenya has not been affected by the internet disruptions. NCA please work with Telcos to establish a POP Point of Presence in Ghana to host all voice and Internet broadband traffic for both national and international routing.

  2. Nobody is saying exactly WHERE UNDERSEA CABLE HAD BEEN CUT. & MANNER I GOING ABOUT THAT IS WHOLLY AMATEURISH. CALL IN INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY WHO HAVE BEST CAPABILITIES & ROBOTIC LOGISTICS to locate, bring out the stretch, decouple stretch ends & replace with NEW STRETCH. IT OUGHT TO HAVE BEEN CONNECTED within 24hours. Professionals INDEED
