Needed this so bad. Have a shoulder injury from bad posture, this hit it so good 😩 I have tension/pain in my shoulder/neck/upper body and this stretched it out so good. Definitely challenging for me, but so good! Will be making this video and everyday thing for me. Thank you Nico!!
