  1. I enjoyed this practice. I considered myself to be intermediate because Iโ€™ve always been flexible. I did aerobics with my mom as a child, but Iโ€™ve also been lax with my exercise routine. I fell off a bit, so some of the intermediate practices youโ€™ve done have been challenging, but this one was manageable and enjoyable. Maybe Iโ€™m getting back into balance, but this stretch here felt GOOD good!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’œ

  3. Like WOW ! can anyone explain why I was shaking ๐Ÿซจ on the affirmation part while my hand is on my โค๏ธ heart and belly i can feel my hand on belly was shaking and so do the heart so strange !!
