  1. I enjoyed this practice. I considered myself to be intermediate because I’ve always been flexible. I did aerobics with my mom as a child, but I’ve also been lax with my exercise routine. I fell off a bit, so some of the intermediate practices you’ve done have been challenging, but this one was manageable and enjoyable. Maybe I’m getting back into balance, but this stretch here felt GOOD good!🙏🏽💜

  3. Like WOW ! can anyone explain why I was shaking 🫨 on the affirmation part while my hand is on my ❤️ heart and belly i can feel my hand on belly was shaking and so do the heart so strange !!
