  1. For the record the 18 holes doesnt come from a bottle of whisky. It just kind of comes from St. Andrews. They used to have 11 holes, people started playing them back to front aswell, so 22 holes and then some of the holes we're deemed too short, so… 18 holes.

  2. Tommy is such a normal guy. It's interesting that he likes equipment but is clearly not a 'geek,' and it's funny the things he learned today – what 'LS' means, that the inside of his headcover was a fluffy rainbow, and that his driver was upright. But what's inspiring, is that not once did he act like he knew more than Rick.

  3. Hey Rick this is where 18 hole came from.
The story goes that St. Andrews, the birthplace of modern golf, originally had 22 holes. Later, some remodeling work had been done and some smaller holes merged together to become larger holes and the total ended up being 18.

  4. 14 clubs according to golf monthly is to “unburden caddies” caddies we’re exhausted carrying 20+ clubs and given the distances in the 1920s 14 clubs were an ideal number 🤷🏻‍♂️

  5. Tommy Fleetwood‼️YES👍Kuro Kage is Japanese for Black Shadow. The Kage part is actually pronounced with a hard “g” as in the word grip or gap AND, the final “e” is a hard “a” sound as in aim (Kurō Kagé)

  6. How good is Tommy Tommy!!~~ A true champion and a very very enjoyable review. He seems extremely relatable with his views on the game.

Love the old clubs.. "If i shoot a 100, I don't care" HAHA!!! Legend!!! Well done Rick and team!
