  1. Since they are duplexes, what kind of noise reduction materials or construction between the 2 units are they using to eliminate unwanted noises from your "neighbors," i.e., someone having their bass cranked up way too high to where you get the thumping sound coming through your walls? Also, can one put a small lap type pool in the backyard if they want to? Will the streets in the development be paved once they are done with the construction of the units?

  2. Great presentation, just one thing, eating space at the kitchen referd to as the bar is also called 'Breakfast nook', a family frendlier term used by realtors

  3. I'm saving this video for when money gets me. I want them to do house no.1 in Murang'a. Those Membley/Kamakis/Ruai developers should come here for classes. Lakini pia nyinyi si you come slow on the dope quality videos, other creators might have to change industry.

  4. Both houses ooze in elegance, the painting is so subtle, the staging and the simplicity of everything yet so sophisticated. Honestly these houses are my best so far in terms of class. Nothing following the current trend especially not the crazy gypsum in some houses. Everything in both houses, timeless 👌. Good job 👏. Also the humility, may God bless you both. Love your videos ❤

  5. Dude, don’t let that booze go to waste, drink up, cheers from Silicon Valley. Looks like you guys in Kenya have been kicked rear lately, currency up around 18% compared to US since early February. How does that effect quality of life for average person there if you can comment?
