  1. Nic. I like the burglar proof sliding door. Never seen that in an actual home. (only businesses have them here) Because most of places have replaced them with French doors due to thieves. Those glass sliding door can be easily lifted up from the tracks. Finally a great walk in closet. I would defiantly add a whirlpool tub so I could take a nice relaxing bubble bath sometimes.. The maid quarters is fire. Why is there no dishwasher, laundry hook up for washer & dryer? Solar Panels must be placed on the outside of the house to absorb energy from the sunlight. Barbecuing on the grill for cookouts must be a Black American thing because how in the world did black ppl plan this community with no grill space? I see small space, then a wall in the backyard. A whole pool & no grill in sight ? Where do the kids play? is there a playground or park planned within that compound? The four bedroom is still amazing with lots of inside space.

  2. Terrible, this was built for the architect on paper not for people, the people for Ghana know how to destroy an area with bad design.
He even said it "these units". there are even not sidewalks for pedestrians.
What is with the paint work?
Look at the so called back yard, what is that look at the back yards is Europe, America, Australia, South America,
    what are we doing?

  3. Your home prices are ridiculous! Pay attention to the low prices for homes in Asian countries, they want to make money only off of what people want as opposed to what they need like housing and food. Capitalism should only exploit the wants rather than the needs of people. This type of housing development is using the American model based upon Reaganomics, Adam Smith economic theory of charge all the market will bear. This model simply results at some point in no one being able to own a home, unless they're in the upper middle class or better. I think Africa would be better off following the lead of the Asian model for land development and housing, it is much more affordable why do this to your future?

  4. Nice houses, but not a good idea to have the only entrance to the balcony through the master bedroom. So if i have family around or friends around and we want to sit at the balcony, they must go there through my bedroom. 🤔🤔
