Many people complaining here lack understanding of how property market works in Lagos and Abuja. In 2019, i saw an Estate in Abuja where each Duplex was sold for N300M (i screamed who would buy it?) Fast forward to 2024/25, those who bought everything then are now reselling for N1.7Billion per unit! Just wait for another 3-5yrs, those flats of $500,000 today will be resold for $2M! That's the game😂😂

Once I heard a tour by the salesperson or manager, I knew no truth or that everything will be said to hype the place. Talking about flood stopped because of the presence of Eko Atlantic, nooo what’s supposed to be the job of government in the first place, security of Life and property course I know is God that keeps safe and alive.
Why should any house in Lagos sell that much, asking for from similar video of the place I’ve watched and comment sectio here, in a country where poverty is high. Eko Atlantic is growing. Maybe some people think building skyscrapers is like buying biscuits. Eko Atlantic should be expanded and modern housing of seven to ten floors should be built there primarily to resettle those in slumps. That should be a federal project.
