If i had known when you were going to Porto Novo, I would have recommended "PROJET SONGHAI". Easily yhe best budget and eco-tourism hotel in the city.

Okay, the contrast of this historic city with Cotonou is evident. However, I love the simplicity of this town. It does look a bit like the edges of Lagos mainland in Nigeria.
