  1. There are also floating villages in Vietnam and fishing villages in New Brunswick, Canada, and in Imbo, Burundi. I heard Benin is a honeymoon destination for travel agents.

  2. In the hotel if you go to the bathroom and what goes into the toilet goes into the water, does the same process take place in the houses? If it does why would you fish from those waters? I don't understand.

  3. I just went there recently. It's interesting seeing your video. In mine they are always waving and yelling "yovo". You can blend in a lot easier than I can. But I really liked it. They were very friendly to me.

  4. kudos as always Tayo. wow, seems everybody does things better than Nigerians. it's not always about money you know. Our Makoko is cramped, dirtier, unorganised and they don't get the concept of tourism. This place is chilled. The white man will turn it into something else

  5. This place looks so interesting. But I was surprised that fecal matter is dropped into the water from the hotel toilet. I saw kids swimming in the water – isn’t it contaminated if all the villagers’ fecal waste is dumped into the water also?
