As an American who is use to beautiful mansions, I must say that the African designs have improved, but still have a ways to go. Where is the green grass in the front and back of the houses? Why do all the houses have bars on the windows and a wall around the house? Are the owners of the house prisoners?
When I say I want a house do my island top white top the black many in America want it white is there a wine refrigerator the house is beautiful the swimming pool there should be something protecting it 😅
The person who designed this house should have thought about the side and back space it’s so close to the walls, and also missing trees and grass, the little grass needs to be redone so many bumps in the grass

I love you guys house but got one problem. because I'm looking for house in Ghana the problem I see with the house when y'all build you guys don't leave no land in the back of home y'all put everything in the front that not good lot of people like gardening even if you living in the city or every vide I watch there no land space in backyard no good

Very nice house in general! Some of the space is way way too large, looks out of proportion, use the toilet & have to walk a mile to the sink! Flooring far too busy! The kitchen cupboards look like a bedroom fitment & the stove not central, cooking in a corner, not well thought out!

The security bars on everything even on the 2nd and 3rd floor is ridiculous. If that area needs that, then its a bad buy.
