This property was sold by Limestone Properties. Launched in September 2010, I still have the invitation to it. The penthouses sold for R12 225 000 back then. Apartments aren't in demand in Bedfordview as it's a family oriented suburb and most business owners there owning 2nd, 3rd generation industrial/traditional businesses (not living a modern life per se). These don't particularly go with Bedfordview'lifestyle.
Like you said, it would be multiple times more in Sandhurt, which lends itself to apartment living. It's a stunning apartment.
