  1. I remember back in 2014 when this development was just starting i went there to install a broadband satellite for one of the houses there, i was so inspired by the architecture of the houses, the 18 hole golf course and the tranquility of the area. I promised myself to one day move into this estate. I've done a lot of work in that estate and I've seen people i know, who come from humble beginnings buy property there and got to be inspired even more. With hard work this is within reach people. In a few months my dream will come true.

  2. A job won't get you this. Think outside the box ,build a system that would make money for you. Your system must have two things ,Leverage and Control ,if you have those two, best believe that you'll end up buying such houses

  3. I hate myself for having so high expectations of this house tour only to be disappointed by the videographer..
I have watched so many of this channel's videos and this is just so disorganized

  4. you should consider changing the videographer….i feel like this was a one minute tour yet the presenter said a lot that was not captured by the videographer….for a client i need to see almost every detail and not an overview in the name of a tour…thank you

  5. I remember when TT Mbha used to post these kind of videos, he said "uzoba inspired nge nkani" I am still inspired nge nkani, it's just that when I think about it though, it seems farfetched, you know how it is for us who live in townships, we're jus trapped by it, we can't see outside it, it feels like they're saying that's where we belong and will always belong in the township.
