Arua city administration is extremely slow in improving road infrastructure hence tempting one to think it doesn't care to improve city roads! Can't they for once emulate Gulu, her immediate neighbor!
The concerned follow this demand, building/construction never ends… time after time , follow those funds too.. Our gov't sends money
