There is a war in India’s neighbourhood-Myanmar! There are wars going on in Yemen, Sudan, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Ukraine as well. It’s understandable that Europe only thinks about the war in its neighbourhood that affects them directly but ignores the other wars! Same way, for India, we need to focus on our neighbourhood to maintain peace! We have sympathy for Ukraine as well as other countries in conflict but we can’t start breaking relations with other strategic countries which would hurt India! No country does that!
