  1. Climate change affects us all. Let's discuss how we can keep our cities cool. If you have any ideas tell us in the comments below and we will make sure we include them in our future videos

  2. I must commend both of you for talking about very important and grave matters concerning our country. I have a few suggestions to further improve your content.

    1. If you give the links to the sources that you refer in your videos, the veracity of your arguments are further enhanced. You can add the links in the video description.

    2. Your videos touch on the problem statements well but some of the arguments are not rock solid. E.g.

    a. You mentioned about Singapore's style of building green structures. However, Singapore or any other tropical global city has very few green walled sky scrapers. They have mostly glass façade steel structures. This argument did not gel well.

    b. We know that air conditioners are not the solution. They in turn not only consume more electricity adding to pollution around the power stations, but the external unit of the air conditioners pump more heat into the atmosphere leading to formation of the hotspots in the first place. So, more A/Cs means more heat islands.

    c. India's power requirement will grow manifold. It's no surprise. The population of India is equivalent to or more than a continent and their rising earnings will enable more people to spend on white goods. No point in exclaiming that our energy needs will go beyond Africa's as this cannot and should not be contained. The solution is to provide green energy.

    d. The ancient teachings are spot on. You did a good job reminding everyone of the vedic teachings and how relevant those are, even today. The problem is that urban Indians hardly own any land. Most don't own even a square foot of land, forget about planting trees, and that's where they get stuck. And, planting trees outside the cities will not solve the urban hotspot problem.

    3. I see no reason in mocking how people from other cultures/geographies behave or what they use. It shifts the focus away and does not make us look good. The focus should only be on the problem and the solution(s) from India's point of view.

    4. Your initiative of giving away mango seeds for plantation by farmers is great. I laud that. However, the problem is urban India, where the hotspots are. We need to get all urban civic bodies to plant more trees and to plan for sustainable green development.

    5. Our civic bodies need to ensure that government land is not encroached upon and plant trees there. Green cover must be restored wherever trees had to be felled because of some development work.

    6. As citizens, we need to conserve all resources, especially water. We need to refrain from littering and pressurise civic bodies to enforce good waste collection and disposal practices.

    7. Finally, I believe a little less sensationalism and focus on the solution and its approach would resonate more.

I hope you take my points in good spirit and further improve the content of your videos.

  3. Infrastructure ke naam pe pedd katenge..Aur city waale logon ko Tissue papers chahiye.. Pedd katenge toh Heat badhega hee.. Example Bangalore mein paani keliye jujh rehe hain sabb no rain..more heat. Woh dinn durr nahin jab hum paani keliye sabko line lagana padega.

  4. The reality is that people do every un necessary things on heat wave bit no one can plant even a single plant or tree .people want cars and bikes.but dont have money to buy plants.

  5. We are experiencing 43 degree temperature in Ranchi Jharkhand. Earlier ranchi was considered as coldest district in whole Jharkhand. In comparison to all the districts in jharkhand but this year summer is on peak over here also. 😢😶 Government and citizens should take some majot descision to protect out environment form heat waves 🥵
