BETTER dietitian here, instead of this snack have a real breakfast crispy bacon and eggs fried sunny side up in the bacons fat yum. No artificial juice just eat an orange 🍊 it’s literally freshly squeezed by your mouth 👄 now If you’re still a bit hungry then make this yogurt snack but on a much smaller scale like 1 cups worth
