Idris Elba is going to be very disappointed. I'm a fan of his, no doubt. However, they're not going to embrace him and what he plans to do. First of all, he may be African by blood, but he is British by nationality. He is not a African native. In Africa, they have their own Hollywood, which is "Nollywood." I agree with one of the commentators, that I too don't like that we have Idris Elba using FBAs by captializing on us supporting him financially, just to go overseas to build wealth in a richly resourceful but also poor continent which is modern Africa. How is this any better than illegal immigrants who get rich off of us US Americans, to go to another country to give away our US currency while not doing anything to help this country they benefitted from? How did Idris Elba helped us as FBAs? Exactly. I'm tired of people who look like us, whether from the Caribbeans, Africa, Canada, England, or wherever…come over here to take advantage of us this way. As FBAs, I would like for us to start staying on code more by not being so quick to support these black celebrities who don't care about us enough to support us in this country. Build hospitals, credible schools, human right bills, opportunities for Black Americans who are homeless, and fight hard for our reparations. I'm not hating on Idris Elba due to his African roots. I have distant African roots too. I'm FBA first and foremost at the end of the day. We need to come first for a change. There are too many Native Africans who don't care about us FBAs and disrespect us as people and how we paved the way through so many hardships and unjustified violence against us by our White Supremacist enemies to make the USA for what it is by ancestors' enslaved blood, sweat, and tears. We certainly paved the way for Idris Elba to be successful as a Actor, Model, etc during all those years he was in the USA. He needs to recognize that.
