  1. Race doesn't hinder shit. You can call yourself whatever you want, people will still see your race. Race is not the issue, people who disrespect you over it, are the issue!

  2. Yeah and then when rumors of him playing Bond sprang up you “why is everything about race” people said he couldn’t be bond because Bond is white. So as per usual, you guys are a bunch of hypocrites 💁🏻‍♀️

  3. No. As a conservative black woman, I say no to this message.
This whole concept of black people suppressing their race as the ‘cure’ for racism is grossly out of order.
    This is not it.
Morgan is wrong, Idris is wrong, and using this platform to promote their wrong messages was not a smart move for this channel.

  4. Humans are so evil with gaslighting that they would even make an excuse for racism when they can just stop talking about it, but they continue because they like chaos. "Some people just want to see the world burn" truest statement. I personally never see color but I remember when I was younger I was gaslighted and was told I was ignorant for just saying I don't focus on race so us good people never win when we don't care about color, it's so sad.

  5. 100% hes not just a black actor. You are whatever you label yourself. If you call yourself black then thats all you will ever be. Stand up kings and queens

  6. What an hypocrite this guy is, making a statement like that. He doesn't want the word 'black' used. Yet I'll bet he's quite happy to have the word used in situations like white cops on a 'BLACK' man, as in the Floyd case ??

  7. The powers that be are the reason race has and is an issue. The ones running the s-show on Earth use the issue of race and all of the tension and contention it brings as a weapon against us all, to keep us divided. It's time to wake up, people, and stop giving the baddies their power.

  8. I understand the sentiment of what you all, want. I DO…but that doesn't mean that the VAST majority of people are going to see it that way. Idris Elba or Morgan Freeman or you can say I'm just a person or just an actor, but sadly, the vast majority of the industry and everybody else in this world won't/don't want/can't see it the same way.

  9. We tried making the switch back in the 80’s and 90’s. The focus was being color blind, and seeing an individual through their personality, actions, and character. Now we are being told that we have to view a person through their racial experience first and foremost, lest we fail to dignify generational trauma.
