Im not sure I can take either this charge or the IDF seriously.
They have both ignored the fact that Hamas aims are in fact explicitly genocidal, whereas Israel's are not so.
They ignore that the war is not the sound of one hand clapping.
Hamas war crimes and atrocities deliberately provoked and continue this war. South Afican and Judicial delegations should be required to view the entire Hamas video of their atrocities so that they understand the nation's collective trauma.

ICJ accepts that Palestinian civilian fatalities are accurate without any UN or allied scrutiny. There is every reason to question those numbers since there is no way to corroborate them untlil the end of hostilities, if ever. And because of an outright Hamas disinformation campaign.
ICJ overlooks that Hamas uses civilians including children in direct hostilities, routinely putting them in harms way.
That Hamas refuses ressonable conditions for cease fire to allow aid to reach civilians.and to release hostages.
That UNRWA is a militant arm of Hamas inducting children into their suicidal, terrorist ideology and callously putting those children at risk. The allies have suspended funds to the organization pending investigation and criminal charges.
Hamas Palestine leaders themselves, do not even have the courage to bring these charges face to face before the ICJ. Yet they hypocritically continue to issue criminal terrorist threats to western allies, and genocidal threats to Israel …for everybody to hear.

I think the charges against Israel should be dismissed but with a cautionary message that there is a risk of vengeful hate overtaking measured war strategies.
IMO the UN has lost its global integrity to everyone except jihadist terrorist and antidemocratic countries who bankroll Hamas.

First provision measure which was voted 15/2 majority in favor to military must uphold under section 2 a to d (which basically is a "ceasefire" to the CIVILIANS that also means if you identify as Hamas or join that for example you are not protected meaning military operations are to be only direct from now on)
Genocide act 2a) to d) is in comments so no more women who need birth out of hospitals, no more intent to cause bodily harm to the "group" which in this case are Palestinians, no more cause of mental and destruction of collective group things like schools, hospitals, and hertiage and housing. Killing of group like children, women to Palestinians.
Second provision measures 16/1 in majority favor to allow all humanitarian aid to go through
Third provision measures 15/2 majority to do measures to prevent and punish those to uphold Genocide act 2a) to d)
And 15/2 majority says Isreal must come back in one month to show how they have done so.
All the ICJ parties and nations under its courts are obligated to uphold and protect the measures of these provisions

This Court is dealing with and about white people, therefore little or no change should be expected. Let us not be fooled here as history is our best judge when deciding on bigotry.
