ICJ is a joke now. Laws apply to everyone or no one. If they want to proof they are legitimate and ethical then they must call on Hamas on to stop their actions against Israel and all terror groups against Israel for that matter.
Justice shilly shallied is justice denied . International courts are working at a tortoise pace with total disregard to the catastrophic conditions on the ground .
