  3. The USA do not buy a brand new fleet of cars every year. They replace some over 5 years old or those that need repair often up date to accommodate new inventions or changes in certain areas . Old state and city vehicles and equipment are auction to the public about once a year.

  4. Political officials assets when running for office needs to put them in a trust not accessible while in office. Can be taken if found to be puppets or using public money to benefit themselves found to be a traitor assets can be forfeited. Can get assets back once leaving office. Can only live on salary and perks approved to officials by their citizens.
