Good. The West also have corrupt leaders. All of them diverting government funds to theirs private companies. The people in power own all companies. Where do thy get the money from? University research results are bought by one individual who in turn use them for profits. Mind you, the research is funded by tax payers. How can that be? Shouldn't research finding be used to the general or collective benefit? why should one person fraudulently buy it and use it singly? Corrupt from head to toes is the west. And now, developing countries are doing just the same.
