  1. I'm so happy for you and you look so great! I just came from a breakup and I wanted to go glow up. I know this is not going to be an easy journey especially "breaking up with carbs" but I know I can do it. Keep inspiring people! <3

  2. I decided to take this semester off college (cuz honestly I wanted to kms everyday sometimes jokingly sometimes not) and since I've been having a lot of freetime I've been putting a lot of effort in improving myself. Your video finally inspired me (more) to have my glow up, cuz when I entered college I was average/maybe even good looking and then everything just went downhill and I just stopped caring. But now… I will do it!

That being said, I do have a suggestion for the skincare part (which I started this summer but after this video I might very well begin doing religiously):

Ik it may be expensive to some, but if you can, you should 100% go to a dermatologist. Not a cosmetologist. A certified, medical doctor, dermatologist. My skin is honestly shit, I do have shit genetics and it obviously got even worse when I stopped taking care of myself. Yet, whatever semblance of okish skin that took me years to achieve, this guy managed to help me improve much more in like 2 months (and again, I'm not super disciplined about it atm). But of course it's like that, this dude studied 8+ years to get his degree and specialization (at least where I'm from). The insight you can get from a doctor is non-comparable. Turns out my genetics are shit but not as shit as I thought, I had a bacterial infection as well, so not even like 2 weeks into taking pre-scribed antibiotics my skin was already leagues better than it had ever been.

So yeah, for skincare, if possible, visit a dermathologist to get the best skin routine. And don't be like me, do follow it religiously from day 1.
