It was probably the Mayo that was keeping you from getting hungry until the next day.
My question is: if you can eat whatever you want in that one meal a day, as lot people are saying. And if you have to be in little calorie deficit, why then when I'm eating a lot more then little caloric deficit (because I can't eat a lot in that one meal), I'm not losing so much weight…in the moment almost nothing. I am eating carbs, but not too much or too bad, it's always something like rice, chicken, salads, oatmeal, fish, vegetables…etc..
But still I don't see much changes. It is really discouraging

M on day 3 and it's quite good still not getting hungry I drink coffee and too much water with lemon n applecider vinegar
