The tour guide is misguiding that
bhajiya is made with lentils
The spicy sause is made of tamarind and chillies and onions
The descriptions of the plantains is soo off..its not how a real swahili will explain it.

Not bad David, however being from Mombasa myself I'd rather say its better to have a proper guide from Mombasa who knows better of all the cool spots and what each of these dishes represent to the coast, and also contain.
