  1. Have tried this with in one month have reduced 9kgs my target is 75kgs but my warry is even my nyasha and hips are reducing yet i like them so much wat can i only to burn stomach belly plz abeg🙏🏻

  2. I started Omad last week 72kg, I've lost 2kgs so far I've 70kg and from tomorrow I'll start drinking rice water & lemon during my feast time, I'll come back with results after a week

  3. I tried this for 6 days. I also introduced walking a minimum of 12 000 steps a day.
    Nothing changed. Happy for the people that have had results, unfortunately I was not one of them.
