Ah so this is the final product where i was involved as one of their test subjects, though they don’t announce what the final product is back then, but i remember the wristband and hundreds of tumb hand gestures i did

@zin8324

Rip, people who have amputated hands or fingers

So, Magic Leap–but better.
…which was already cool to begin with.

Still sold on the concept. Shaddap and take my money.

@nurimj5431

we are so lost, so disconnected

@briebriem

The wrist bracelet is interesting to my husband. He's an artist. He can imagine drawing on a piece of paper in one location, like the couch, and having a digital representation showing up in clipstudio or photoshop.

@keithrockefeller9808

are the light flares on the glasses real

@eze-takes177

Do they come with a speedometer widget?

@HellsKitchenMichelle

I tested these a few years ago with the wrist band

@abdelhadifarah2622

How can i get ur wallpapers ?

@SilverLinin_

I mean this could be revolutionary and it could actually make people smarter in the end too, but my issue is ofc companies in general paying the other techs to put false info into it. Or running endless ads since its always on your head. Dystopian type shit.
Example: Looking at a box of cereal, not knowing what it has in it, searches it all up and gives you detailed info. In hindsight thats nice, it would allow people to make healthy choices and to actually live better lives. But these companies could pay the tech for the glasses or the search engines to manipulate what is put into the info and you still have people ruining and poisoning themself because of the false info. It's cool but big corps will always ruin something that would make them lose money.

EMG is already being used in many of the bionic hands for the amputees. It is being used to move the bionic device and the fingers on the them like Otto Bock's bebionic hand.

@bhargavk1515

Just imageine. They ship the wrist band only. And you can buy/build 3d printer replicas of hardware devices that just do clicking and don't really have anything inside. Like you can assig gestures to play games.

Example I make a 3d printed wand in harry potter. And assign gestures by moving wand.

Think of flight simulator. where I build all the flight equipment in 3d printed, only for haptic feedback that would be really cool!

@berlachaoba5782

Electric impulses don’t run through tendons. Otherwise great video.😄

@rein436

Orion possesses the potential to surpass all other augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) wearables in terms of its capabilities. With its current design and potential, I would like to suggest the following enhancements for the consumer version:

1. The wristband should incorporate a watch to enhance its practicality.
2. The display should feature a button or switch to enable sleep or off mode, thereby conserving battery life and extending the device’s lifespan.
3. The computing unit equipped with cameras should facilitate video calls and conference meetings. This would reduce the animations and rendering of 3D model faces of the user, thereby conserving power and enhancing the versatility of selfies and other applications.
4. The computing unit should have the capability to connect to a laptop or computer for data transfer and charging while in use.
