  1. I’m so tired of being fat. I’ve been between 200-230 at 5’11” give or take some since high school and have always worked out. I got out of a horrible toxic relationship about 3 years ago and got employment at a horribly toxic job that destroyed my morale to where I literally wanted to end it all. I developed a monster of a drug and alcohol habit after finding out people who were supposed to be my friends really weren’t and I’ve just been doing that for a couple years. I was hoping I’d get cancer or some type of organ failure and die but nothing has happened. Now I’m just always at work and bored. I’m gonna try putting myself back together and get my weight under control I’m not too far off I’m probably about 140 at the moment so let’s see what happens

  2. im overwieght bmi 34, slow and steady never works I loss motivation, so eating 800 calories a day, mostly protien and veggies, like cauliflower instead of rice,watermelon for fruit 🙂 rice cakes for breakfast or snack, anything low calorie…collagen with coffee. hopefully ill stay motivated. but I don't workout hard, I might start walking. I won't lose that much that fast,but I'm ok with that…

  3. Seriously it took a lot for me to eat 800 calories when I was eating low cal food. Vegggies low cal, stop over using condiments, read labels, water water and more water, do not drink your calories, low cal wraps and bread, lean meats, portion control, meal prep, and consistency is key…if you know what you're eating it leaves no room for junk that you don't know the ingredients or calories in🤷🏿‍♀️ some days i was barely getting 1000 calories and ate 3 meals and 3 snacks

    Oatmeal
    Just to get started… Try different combos to keep it interesting so you dont get bored…trust the process and we got this…

  4. awesome video, before watch though, I thought you were going to do his 100 to 500 method as well because that was part of his regiment to lose weight and not get stretchmarks

  5. I lost 40 pounds this way and kept it off for 8 years!! I was running 70 miles a week eating 250 calories a day!!! I did it in 2 weeks in Christmas break my senior year! Then became a Marine and had a successful career!!

  6. I was 395 pounds in 8th grade the doctor told me I had pre diabetes and I had to lose weight and I walked everyday 6+ miles I lost 95 pounds in three months at 16 brother it’s not just achievable it’s a lot more easy than you would think especially at that weight

  7. The pics you show of David Goggins is not what he looked like after his 106 pound weight loss. He was not ripped liked that; that came later. When he lost the 106, he was still stocky. Look it up.

  8. This man is gorgeous. I totally respect the healthy, balanced eating approach with exercise to lose weight & it is also so great for anyone with diabetes! David Goggins is a hard MF for sure. Much respect for this video.

  9. If you caloric burn is 3000,
    it makes much more sense to eat well on training days (carb cycling )
    and eat nothing on rest days or limit to protein intake only.

    Loosing 50 pounds (25kg)
    is equal to 60 days training routine where you use intermittent fasting on rest days .

  10. I had to stop and comment when I saw the banana. If anyone cares to research PSMF (protein sparing, modified fast) or Dr. Mindy Pelz, I'm down 45 pounds and for the first time in my life, feel like I've got it handled. Protein, protein, protein. I know it's not for everyone. Doctors do recommend for obese people to lost weight quickly. Lyle McDonald wrote the book on rapid fat loss. Blessings

  11. Maybe I'm not understanding. So it is bad to lose weight? "No one should be losing 100lbs in 3 months."so keep the extra 100lbs of fat on you and lose it as slowly as possible? Is it healthier to keep the 100lbs on you or to get it off your body as quickly as possible through diet and exercise? Make it make sense.

  12. I went from 165lbs down to 130lbs in 1 month from eating 1,500 cals a day and fasting every Monday ontop of 4-5 hours of cardio a day in the formm of 30k steps ontop of 1-2 hours of stationary biking ontop of 45 min-1 hour lifting weights.

    It was horrible don't recommend LOL but it's def possible to lose 100lbs in 3 months you'll just hate your entire existence and watch a ton of "cheat day" videos on youtube to eat through them ontop of abusing caffeine in the form of Energydrinks/Preoworkout/Tea/Coffee/Dietsodas gorging yourself in any zero calories or Liquid calories such as cucumbers/pickles/sugar free jellos making big ol ninja blenders of anabolic ice cream using like 350g of ice with 1 scoop of protein + the lowest calorie frozen fruit like strawberries with 3g of guar/xanthan gum to make it fluff up

  13. David was in a very specific situation and if I remember correctly, he didn't have much time to loose that weight. If anyone can afford to loose weight in a way that is less brutal, do that. David is to be admired for his resilience, but being that hard on yourself, is a way of life. It's not a necessity to be fit, happy and healthy.
