  1. Everybody is different, it did nothing to me and i used it for a year but ye nothing changed. I stopped 1 month ago, same no change in recovery nor size

  2. So what would happen if I take creatine like this for 30 days, with a regular job, and playing basketball 2-3 times a week I should gain like 20 lbs right and be happier

  3. Creatine works imo. I feel there are maybe some versions and blends that are better than others ofc. But imho creatine legit. Maybe the main downside was needing to drink a lot of water to not cramp. Be careful not to push too much too fast, could pull or tear something

  5. Sve je to sranje ali teško sranje kao i oni "proteini", bolje vežbaj na suvo "sto" godina ali čisto, i tako ćeš izgraditi mišiće pravilnim putem.Svu hemiju ćeš kadtad ispišati i samo ćeš se ispuvati ili ćeš samo dobiti salo.

  7. Keep an eye on your blood pressure on creatine. It makes the kidneys work much harder too. It will increase BP through water retention. Which is why a lot of people get headaches and are totally aware. How many of you here check your BP? Probably none! Which is why this goes un noticed.

  8. You look the exact same. It’s known gym bro science that creatine gives you a boost the first week or so and you get slightly thicker overall but it’s just water weight. Personally I find you plateau with the stuff after 2 weeks. Basically it’s a waste of money.
