Hello Wade you need to look into The Ghana Tailors and Dress Makers Association. They have been around since the seventies. Millions of dollars have been poured into that association to help the youth of Ghana. The results is thousands of Tailors and dress makers competing for customers at the lowest cost. Their is no Manufacturing hub in Ghana for these people. So be careful about asking for money that you can't account for.
