I used to live in one of Kennedy's estates, and he's always undertaking ambitious projects, at the same time, if one estate has the smallest problems from light or water disruptions, Ned and his facility management team won't sleep until the problem is fixed. He will also support Christmas parties and sports events in his estates. There's a lot to learn from Ken.
