I Never Thought It Will Happen to Me

After his community discovered he was gay, *Baraka had to flee from Rwanda to Kenya. HIAS Kenya is supporting Baraka in Nairobi with mental health care, economic assistance, and legal aid, helping him register as a refugee with the UNHCR. He is waiting to be resettled in Canada where he can rebuild his life in safety.
