Looks so yummy, can I add uziza leaf?
Haven't cooked it before but will try it this weekend. Is there an alternative to ogiri for those who can't get it outside Nigeria?
A Yoruba woman that reminds me of an Igbo woman..You took me down memory lane,.. following my mum around in the kitchen + you didn't miss an ingredient ❤❤❤…

@Sisi Yemmie, thanks for your recipe. It certainly looks delicious.
I’m Ghanaian, I have recently noticed we have a lot of bitter leaves plant in Ghana. Would you kindly show us how you prepare the bitter leaves before adding it to the soup? Thanks
Please sisi yemi does onion have any effect in this soup, because I used onion in steaming the meat, and after cooking the soup was not thick as it ought to be…
I want to surprise my darling this week with it. Thanks Sis Yemmie

Thank u ma

I used to like ofe onugbu until I grew up to fuo onugbu. 😪😪😪😪😪😪😪. The never ending wash and rinsing. You start with lots of leaves and end up with a tiny amount for all your efforts. Don’t get me started on the Ogiri 😔. I always always had green nails for a week, picture going to school and church with those nails😫😫😫😫😫😫
I love it
Delicious ❤

Sisi, you are one of a kind. The way you make recipes of different tribes is amazing. One would just think you are a native of that place. You remain the best food content creator I have ever seen.
Keep up the good work and may the Lord increase you beyond your imagination.
