* 2 bundles of flat leaf parsley
* 10 cloves garlic
* 1 habanero chili
* 4 jalapeños without seeds
* 1 large green bell pepper

  1. I am truly convinced that Senegalese may have invented jollof rice. Theirs makes a lot of sense to me, nutrients-wise. See all of those vegetables and greens. I must try cooking this often here in Dubai. I must cook this for Christmas. Guests will love it.

  3. I really love your channel and I admire the work you put on it but sorry this is not the way we cook our national dish please we don’t put onions first before frying the fish no you fry the first first in the hot oil then you broun the onions
