Can we use rice flour instead of soaking rice overnight?
Hi how are you ? In your second recipe for a rice cake, you used rice that was partially soaked for 24 hours and another portion of cooked rice. Here all the rice is soaked for 24 hours. What is the difference between the two methods? Is there any meaning to the matter? Thank you .

My aunt said it is eaten in Ghana also, but it’s not common. Mainly the Hausa people who make them. I know it’s frequently eaten in Nigeria by the Hausa also, they eat theirs with a stew
