  1. The alkaline diet is extremely beneficial for an improvement in overall health. However, 25 pounds of muscle? Lol that would take decades of consistent training and dieting.

  2. I have no weight to lose. I guess I need to gain muscle. I just have trouble eating enough on alkaline, which I am doing for health reasons, not weight. The food is high in fiber and fills you up fast.

  3. Hello y'all I'm here to inform the general public how I was cured permanently from my four years HSV with herbs from Dr okosun here on YouTube, I'm here to return my gratitude's and recommend him to y'all suffering from any health issues

  4. Man listen & this is embarrassing to me but I’m 33 (ectomorph) been tall skinny all my life & still today ., I’m 6”2 / 144 lbs 🤦🏽‍♂️ but I’ve always been super freakish athletically like that retard strength, stamina for days , play any sport & more than mediocre specially boxing but all my life ive struggled with weight gain I just cannot figure it out & I always blame my high metabolism which is probably a factor but bullshit honestly .,

Anyways 2 mins into this video ., I knew I was subscribed forever bc he explained exactly what I needed just with the smoothie alone & the stress points he made were extra useful info bc I’m that guy where I will not eat just keep moving when stressed

    This is a gem ❤

  5. I love this approach because I am at my strongest, most energized when I am eating whole food plant-based. All of a sudden there’s been a push for high protein from the media. Like people who once followed this type of diet are starting to digress from it and go back to eating flesh. So refreshing to hear and see someone vibrant and thriving like this.

  6. Thank you so much, i put alot of stress on myself because I want to have a big bundha with going to the gym but at the same time I think it's unhealthy to eat alot and non alkaline so I just loose weight and I wanna put some on, so am relieved tho I still have a way ahead of me cause hell things are expensive in switzerland especially the healthy things thats also a reason I eat little

  7. I’m diabetic and I need to lose weight which is all in my stomach. I’m trying to start exercising at 63 yrs of age.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated Akeem.

    Blessings 🙏🏾

  8. I'm on that gain weight journey now and I have a banana with fruit. powder ashwaganda, hemp seeds, chia seeds and powder sea moss every rising with blueberry pancakes made with garbanzo flour topped with slices of banana. Exercise at least three times a week. Thanks for some extra tips. ✌🏾

  9. Ringing in right on time cause I've been trying to find some real foods closer to me and got so excited when I thought I found one but my searches have not been fulfilled yet. The pointers from this video is helpful although I need my seeded foods and callaloo and ting more often cause my body likes that. Seeds, nuts and grains get old for me fast. I WISH I could put together balanced meals for nutrition. I LOVE this video!
