  1. I have been intermittent fasting for 7 months now. I decided to take things a step further by doing a 2 week water fast. I am on day 3 and have lost 6 lbs so far. I still get hungry though hopefully it goes away.

    it literally sounds like when the teacher tells you to make a project on what happensto the body when fasting and you just go to a random article and copy paste it

  3. i eat once every 2 day, and eat till stomak want to burst
    i cant believe how "not hungry i am" after 48 hours of devouring astronomical amount of food
    i consider do mukbang at this point

  4. Juice is one of the worst "foods" to break a fast. Start with a sugar free yogurt, then foods high is protein like eggs, and then meats like chicken or beef. This makes me doubt the entire video.

  5. This information is not sufficient. Vdo doesn't tell us about the muscle loss & her experience regarding weight loss; how much she was expecting & how much had exact weight loss?

  6. I did a 90 day fast well I stopped at 90 days , I didn't loose weight but drank healing water everyday and sungazed dusk and dawn. I had unbelievable energy , skin was amazing cardio was thru the roof. But the sun gazing was filling in all the nutrients I would otherwise get thru nutrition.

  7. The ideal situation is be rich and do water fasting, with a person on call.I did it. Be in bed watching TV , in the chair looking at the computer, read, perfect climate control. You will not be able to walk much, on some days, going to the garden may be possible. The rest is just lies. So , if yiou water fast for 14 days , with mineral salt, expect to loose 7 days. After this you can appreciate life more, understand misery and pain.

  8. Just completed 7 days of fasting. It was my first time, and felt like a breeze. But about an hour ago I felt intense hunger, and cravings for chocolate… I thought I would throw the towel, but the hunger and cravings disappeared. So I might continue.
