What an exciting experience! The ingredients were unexpected… cinnamon on fish? I have to try! The use of coconut in the recipes… so healthy! I enjoyed viewing this video! The dinner prepared by you with the assistance of such a gracious host was amazing! Great job Michelle! ❤❤❤
Peace and blessings good to see you enjoying your meal that you prepare with the system with one of your favorite fish.
Good job Nick by the way Plantain is different from sweet banana.

Nice dish, might give a try someday, nothing beats plantain, cassava and coconut combination and all natural, organic and fresh.❤Thank you.
It's not sweet banana, it Plantain. Get it right. Thers is no such thing as sweet banana. There are ripe and green bananas. Thank you❤

United Arab Emirates was a fishing village for centuries until the discovery of oil . Saudi Arabia, persian gulf region etc was nomadic .
The southward movement of the Nilotic Luo(OBAMA,LUPITA NYONGO,JOSEPH KONY group) along the Nile and settlement in Kenya, Tanzania allowed engagement in river-lake fishing and agriculture farming like Millet etc .
Also like other Nilotic groups they engaged in cattle keeping hence interactions with the Maasai, Kalenjin groups . The Luo groups in Kenya and Tanzania have at least 35-60 clans .
The Luo group in Sudan, Egypt, DRC Congo, Chad, Central Africa Republic, Uganda, Ethiopia Gambella/Eritrea have at least 1000-2000 clans .
😋 enjoy
