I knew that 50 grand tag was clickbait
Sis good morning, I have a house in Ghana newly built I want to sell how do I do that please
Be careful in Ghana they taking peoples money and snatching their land back
TEMU quality junk house for $50k 💀. Cheap is never a way to go with these type of assets.
I'm from Jamaica and I'd love to see the house plan for this
I want to purchase a home like this for myself.
Now let's talk about the bad parts. These buildings and all infrastructure are built by Chinese, so there is no safety codes. There are power outages for days at a time, sometimes weekly. Which means no AC and it gets very hot, over 100 degrees in the summer. You have to prepay utilities and Wi-Fi. There is no running water, it is all pumped into a plastic tank above your roof and gravity fed. You may or may not have a hot water heater. Kitchen stoves are propane or you use an outdoor grill. Police and politicians/elected officials are very corrupt and will make you pay them money if you are pulled over. You will have to get a resident VISA and drivers license if you move here. Land lords will try to scam you out of rent money and threaten to have you evicted.
Beautiful

Chei I need to visit Ghana
Absolutely beautiful
Can't wait to move back to africa 😢❤ been in the diaspora 25 pluse years beautiful Ghana respect to you and 🫶
I haven't been to Ghana yet, Inshallah that will happen in the near future. I have been to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and I saw beautiful homes similar to these as far back as 2004. The myth about Africya countries being totally underdeveloped must be dispelled. That may be true in some parts however not in All parts. This is great work, and I would love to see more about Ghana.
Do she come with it?
What city is this?
Very nice. Though, I always thought it was weird to have the clothes washer in the kitchen.
How much is this ??
Lol $200 is more than most Canadians making a month. How is that cheap?
See Ill Get A Ghana/Nigerian Architect When I Build My US Home
This is beautiful!
I am a Black American man, building a four-story apartment building in Accra, Ghana.
I have always had this strong propensity to visit the African Continent in 2020. I wanted to see and experience it for myself. Something deep within the vaults of my heart was tugging at my desire to visit the motherland and create my own memories.
Having said that, I started my project in April of 2022 and I anticipate completing it in April of 2024.
I return back to my hometown of Columbus, Ohio in December 2023 because of my multiple family emergencies.
I am going to start my MAGA YouTube Channel (MAGA = Make Africa Great Again) in the near or immediate future. I will discuss my experiences in East Africa (Kenya) and West Africa (Ghana) … the Channel will focus on building a business as well as a home in Africa.
I have plenty of new content, Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to update my page with the latest updates or videos – things are on pause at the moment because of the various "Time Constraints" I am under as a direct result of dealing with my various family emergencies.

I just want to know what washes the curtains?
Nos
$200 a day? sounds like a deal
Is this still for sale ?
I want to mack my bags and move to Ghana
200 a day is cheap. Because they looking for Americans. That's not cheap for ppl in ghana that's a lot
Doesn't the need for 24/7 security make you wonder what regard the locals hold you in? This feels like you're just exploiting a developing country to try and live out some Western idea of 'luxury'. But also, I don't believe a word you say. Materials alone would be more than 50k, no matter where you are.
What do people need 5 bathrooms in a house?
Square toilet seat, how does a person fit a round ass on that?
What a profound waste of resources that benefit no one in Ghana. Luxury houses in Ghana? Wtf? How about basic infrastructure, jobs, schools, hospitals, manufacturing, ending corruption.
This is plush
sephy. i love you
@christmustlist @iammarwa @inconcept, please check out the frames balcony and how it's constructed 🙏🙏
Nice
