This District of Westlands, Riverside, Kileleshwa, Kilimani,Lavington & Paklands will always be premium and coveted,,
As long as Kenya will be a country.

y, didn't you come as atourist or did you bribe ?
This government is a calamity

@sahilprashar567

What you needed to do was shoot the video in an office. You have 4 guys standing for a long time without saying a thing. Guys get a studio.

@JUSTGETIT-t1u

4 different thieves come

@alexxoaibi3882

Those house developer are destroying Nairobi.

@ahmedwarsame6347

Chinese developer are horrible. Cheap and very low quality development. Stay away from it.

@timeupp49

Wecup Africans Neocolonialism!!

@zacbank2777

Your buildings and tenants will be filled with temporary residents from other countries like somalia, rest of africa, like it is now across westlands….. capital appreciation will never be there as most kenyans make money in kenya and invest outside or stash the money outside….. until and unless incentives to locals are provided in housing starts and raise the standard of the people, will you then note capital appreciation in realestate
Making money from a depreciating currency … is not investment, its risk.
Furthermore, what do you think the economy will be like when IMF step in at the 100% debt level ?

@UdoDieling-tu1fe

Kenya is ok for vacation to lose money in a few weeks. But to risk for white people to buy. The corruption is to big. I know a few people who had everything taken away from them. Afrika is for black people not white! Trust me.

@MeseretDani

Nice. how much rent by dolare

@shiva.shiver

You missed something very important. No mention of exit strategy for foreign investors when they sell – capital gains taxes, agency fees, ease to get permission for expatriation of funds, etc. Very crucial issues for a first time buyer in Kenya.

@nolasouth4697

What's the name of the project you are buying your apartment. I am interested in buying an apartment in Westland. Thanks.

@aleemmodak9612

I'd rather invest in Turkey, Morroco even Albania is a good option

@21stCenturyEconomy

I just bought 3 Bitcoin. Let's see which one of us will outperform in 10 years…

@Mkoy62881

Bro you are a legend bro, this helps me out so much. I just need to know if there is any other space in that building

@The-atlantis-report

I personally bought 10 apartments in Morocco and a farm where I will retire , it is a lot better than Kenya it is closer to Europe a lot safer cause it is a stable country which has a great future ….and the prices are still dirt cheap ….Morocco is getting ready to the football world cup in 2030 and it is expected that real estate prices will boom from now on…Morocco is close to the Americas Europe and Asia ….Morocco is the next Spain with a fraction of the price

@Mega30cent

Stop lying to people. There’s no problem with buying fruit and vegetables in African.

@feliciamaina2741

Why won't you leave the chinese developer's contact info openly if indeed this project is legit? If you had done your due diligence you'd know that the project will not see the light of day due to zoning laws around the area. Stop misleading potential buyers into buying hot air. You and the other 3 clowns should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to fools people.

@iRespectMen

On behalf of Kenyans and Africans. Please STAY in your COUNTRY. Africa for Africans. Go and invest your money in your country.

@leeo268

Not worth the risk to buy pre built. I prefer second hand with my own inspectors.

@DavidMiano-hr1ui

Kenya is beautiful, The people are humble and caring. Britons come and never go back to Britain. Germans go deeper to western Kenya and earn funny western names like kuyefwe . As for Italians, they literally own malindi. Am waiting for Israelis to partner with me here in mwea for agriculture.

@AshfarFar-ln6yv

🥝🥝🥝🥝 inflated optimism

@grateful9672

When you say you know issues are coming this way, and fine with it, what are you referring to?

@grateful9672

Are there opportunities for REITS investments with those developments to the public

@ninorey9957

When you say bought 3 apartments it would help to show us those apartments and prove that you bought them, you might as well say you bought 100…

@JoeyBlogs007

Sounds incredibly dodgy. Would not trust them with a bargepole. Buyer beware. 🤡🤡🤡

@AT-gu8by

Africa needs to be liberated from western colonial imperialism and colonists.

@AT-gu8by

Colonizers want to recolonise, not on our watch!
