  1. Hey y'all, hey! I never thought this video would get as many views as it did. A lot of assumptions have been made, which is fine. However, I encourage you to take this short video as it is, "I ate raw vegan for 2 weeks." Nothing less, nothing more.
As far as recipes, I just went on Pinterest and searched "raw vegan." There are plenty of great vegan content creators on the Youtube platform that can give you more insight as well. Thanks for watching! ✌🏾

  2. That’s amazing queen I was curious because I’m really contemplating trying to eat vegan or raw or adding more veggies eat cleaner and see if I give up meat for 21 days or 30 days to see if I feel different less bloated more energy healthier it’s not that I eat a bunch of meat. However, I do eat fast food and I do eat processed foods, so I really wanna see if I give it a try if I will feel any different do you have any advice?

  3. Just make sure you're getting enough plant protein Goddess, that way it will be even more filling & easier to stick to it. I didn't see enough protein on your plate. You can do this! ✨🪷🌿🏆🌿🪷✨

  4. Changing the way I eat changed my life! I eat Whole Foods now – only fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds. I stay away from processed foods. I’m no longer constipated as I continue to lose weight & gain more energy. It literally change my life.🎉

  5. Really hard to do full-on veggies if you suffer from kidney stones! Oxalates are in plants & can cause them. Literally stuck between a rock/hard place.

  6. I have been vegan since my massive stroke at 46, which left me paralyzed and cognitively impaired. I went vegan against my rehabilitation team wishes and I am happy to say at 54, I am a human dynamo! I got everything back and then some!!! Best wishes!! YOU GOT THIS!!! 💪🏽
